Terms of service

The service. .ads (GrowthOS, operated by dotstack) analyzes connected ad accounts, drafts creative work, and proposes changes. Proposals only execute after a human in your workspace approves them.

Your responsibility. You approve what goes live. Approved changes run against your real ad accounts and can affect real spend, so review proposals before approving them.

Billing. The trial is free for its stated period; your card is charged when it ends unless you cancel. Subscriptions are per workspace, in USD, and can be canceled anytime from Settings; access runs to the end of the paid period.

Fair use. Don't use the service to violate the ad platforms' policies; platform access can be suspended if a connected platform requires it.

Liability. The service is provided as-is; our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
